Booking and cancellation policy
ยท Please give 48 hour notice to cancel or change any appointments or 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in 100% charge.
If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact me asap so the appointment can be offered to someone else to avoid charges to you.
I do understand things come up, schedules change and illnesses happen and I will handle each case of missed appointments on an individual basis.
I do however reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or require a deposit to schedule future appointments.
